Left Foot Forward exists to shine a light on dodgy bosses and corporate greed. Progressive journalism needs your help.
Dear reader,
This week we’ve seen the latest addition to the catalogue of corporate impunity and dodgy bosses in modern Britain.
Left Foot Forward exists to shine a light on exactly this. Only yesterday we highlighted that Debenhams are slashing thousands of jobs – while their Chief Exec goes home with a £1.3m pay packet.
In the last few months, our reporters and columnists have:
- Revealed that the Tories’ flagship Westminster Council has spent millions on gagging clauses
- Spoken to Uber drivers, cleaners and NHS strikers on how we can tackle the fat-cat culture in our economy
- Exposed the lax laws and regulation that allowed the raid on BHS’ pension fund
We know that this isn’t about one bad apple: the whole system is rotten. But to keep holding power to account, we need your help.
That’s why we’re launching a new Supporter scheme. We don’t have big corporate donors – so we need to work together to balance the debate. From £5 a month, you can help us shine a light on wrongdoing.
We need 100 people to sign up from £5 a month to keep going. Can you become a Left Foot Forward Supporter?
