The health secretary’s NHS reforms have come in for intense criticism in recent weeks, forcing him to undertake a “listening” exercise – yet, as Left Foot Forward reported earlier today, the main reforms in the health bill remain in place, with little chance of them being reversed.

If you haven’t yet seen the video, watch it here:

In an interview with The Observer last weekend, Lansley rapper MC NxtGen (aka Sean Donnelly), said:

“I did the lyrics myself, went on the internet, did some research and put it together like a jigsaw and made it funny. And it has just spread.”

With the grey-haired one himself saying:

“I’m impressed that he’s managed to get lyrics about GP commissioning into a rap.”

I was just chatting with a finance manager who is making the budget cuts for the NHS. She doesn’t like what she is being made to do, but is only following orders. At the moment, the future for the NHS looks absolutely grim over the next fifteen years not taking into account inflation. There is no money in the pot, but strangely, there is enough money for war. Wars make money and it goes in the pockets of those evil enough to benefit from it. It’s just a few greedy people at the top making a very big mess. We the public are the majority. These people are criminals in ties.
