The online magazine Don’t Panic has just launched a short documentary on the EDL. Contrary to previous evidence, they reveal that the EDL are not a racist organisation. Chants like ‘Allah! Allah! Who the f**k is Allah?’ belie the fact their actual cause is sartorial freedom, specifically the right to wear Evisu jeans without being judged.

The Evisu Defence League can be seen below:
This adds to an impressive record of investigative journalism from the magazine.
Alan Duncan was famously undone by one of their interviewers in the wake of the expenses scandal, angrily muttering about MP’s ‘rations’. The BNP were also a victim of a Don’t Panic scoop, which exposed their whites-only membership policy. They have even taken advantage of Tory MP Anthony Steen’s self-proclaimed ‘very, very large house’, holding a naked picnic in his garden.

Vaguely amusing, but the use of homosexual as a perjorative term.

Wow, it’s like being transported back to junior school when it was considered a funny insult to call somebody gay. Nice one, Left Foot Forward!

Mark and AJ, I think the video is not simply using homosexual as a pejorative term – as Dont Panic’s history shows, they are far more sophisticated political observers than that. They are actually using it because it is certain to rile the pig-ignorant racist (and almost certainly homophobic) members of the EDL. Think about it guys.
