So much for being a man of the people. Farage is continuing to rake in obscene amounts of cash from his outside earnings as an MP, while still trying to claim he’s just an ‘ordinary bloke’.
According to the latest register of interests, Farage made £18,402 for approximately six hours of presenting work for GB News in June. The Reform UK leader has earned more than £700,000 from the broadcaster since he was elected to Parliament in July 2024.
It’s also been revealed that self-proclaimed ‘man of the people’ Farage, doubled his pay from a gold dealer to £22,500 an hour.
Farage received £270,000 for promoting a gold bullion dealer, double his fee from 2025.
The FT reports: “Farage was paid the money for 12 hours of work as a brand ambassador for Direct Bullion, according to the register of interests published on Tuesday.
“The latest payment is equivalent to an hourly rate of £22,500, double what the gold dealer paid him in October 2025.”
So much for being in touch with ordinary people.
