Vote in Left Foot Forward’s most influential left-wing thinker of the year 2010/11

Vote in Left Foot Forward’s poll to find the most influential left-wing thinker of the year, 2010/11.

The final nominations for most influential left-wing thinker of the year have been recieved and so we are ready to put it to the vote. In the end we decided to extend the shortlist to 30, given how many nominations were sent.

Voting will close at 5pm tonight, with the winner announced at Left Foot Forward’s fringe event at Labour party conference, ‘Where next for new media and politics?’, which will be held at 7pm at the Baby Blue Bar, in Albert Dock five minutes’ walk from the exhibition centre.

See here for a map of the venue.

We are proud to be presenting panellists David Babbs of 38 Degrees, Mark Ferguson of LabourList, Kaliya Franklin of The Broken of Britain, and Gregor Poynton of Blue State Digital, chaired by Will Straw. The first hundred to arrive get a free drink so be sure to turn up early.

We have also included a readers survey to find out more about who reads the site. This enables us to attract advertisers – the only reason why, along with the donations we receive, we can continue to run the blog. By completing the survey you are therefore helping us immensely.

Happy voting!

http://t.co/7JIV70qw It would be AMAZING if you all voted for disability rights campaigners. Show politicians how to "think left"
