Liz – Half Irish – mothers side!
I always saw Irish jokes as being slightly anti English and never liked them and yes I’m glad those days are gone.
I would say though that a lot of it has gone underground onto txt messages – some of the ones I receive (and everyone moderates the ones I get sent) are frankly disgraceful.
A lot are Homophobic and racist but hey as long as no law is broken so what do I care.
