The Labour Party continues to maintain a lead in the polls ahead of its conference due to take place later this week, while Reform continues to decline.
According to the latest weekly poll carried out by YouGov on behalf of the Times and Sky, Labour is on 23 points with no change, while Reform are on 21 points, down two points last week. Meanwhile, the Tories are on 21 points (up one point), while the Greens are on 14 points, up three points.
The latest polling will now doubt give a boost to Andy Burnham who is set to attend his first party conference as Labour leader and Prime Minister.
Despite Reform receiving millions in donations from crypto billionaires the party is yet to recover from its decline in the polls due to a number of scandals. These include two senior aides having to resign during the party’s conference after footage from undercover reporters emerged showing them trying to get around electoral law on donations.
Farage is also facing a probe from the standards committee over his failure to adequately declare £5million in donations he received.
