A poll of leader approval ratings, has found Andy Burnham to be the most popular party leader, while Green Party leader Zack Polanski is now the least popular.
The polling, carried out by Opinium after the party conference season from the 7th-9th October, puts Burnham on an approval rating of +8 points, while Tory leader Kemi Badenoch is on 0 points.
Lib Dem leader Ed Davey is on -6 points, while Reform’s Nigel Farage, who is still undergoing a standards committee investigation into donations and gifts he recieved is on -26.
Green Party leader Polanski is bottom on -29.
Polanski has had a torrid few weeks, not only losing the Holborn and St Pancras by-election, but his party has also faced allegations of anti-semitism from Jewish groups as well as Labour MPs and Green members after its conference passed a motion calling zionism racism.
Polanski himself did not take part in the vote, which was condemned by senior party figures such as Caroline Lucas and Adrian Ramsay, with Lucas telling BBC Newsnight: “He should have been there and he should have voted.”
