The Mail went all Aidan Burley last night with an unsubtle race-baiting attack on the Olympics opening ceremony.
The paper said the Nazi party Tory MP was “right to point out on Twitter that it was a load of ‘leftie multicultural crap'”, hitting out at the “absurdly unrealistic” representation of a “mixed-race middle-class family in a detached new-build suburban home”, the “politically correct agenda in modern Britain” and the “multicultural equality agenda”.
They then amended some of those offensive lines – within 20 minutes of the initial post – but not before freelance writer John Walker had screengrabbed the initial article.
Here are the original despicable paragraphs in full – printed by a national newspaper, in Britain, in 2012:
“It was the absurdly unrealistic scene – and indeed one that would spring from the kind of nonsensical targets and equality quotas we see in the NHS – showing a mixed-race middle-class family in a detached new-build suburban home, which was most symptomatic of the politically correct agenda in modern Britain.
“This was supposed to be a representation of modern life in England but it is likely to be a challenge for the organisers to find an educated white middle-aged mother and black father living together with a happy family in such a set-up.
“Almost, if not every, shot in the next sequence included an ethnic minority performer. The BBC presenter Hazel Irvine gushed about the importance of grime music (a form of awful electronic music popular among black youths) to east London. This multicultural equality agenda was so staged it was painful to watch.
“And Conservative MP Aidan Burley was right to point out on Twitter that it was a load of ‘leftie multicultural c**p’. Yet predictably he has been castigated by Twitter’s Guadanista [sic] brigade.
“Unfortunately the kind of politically driven multiculturalism we saw last night is the kind of social engineering we have come to expect.”
Just. In. Credible. Just when you might think the Mail couldn’t possibly get any worse.

Once our towns were small, once our cities were small. They grew because people went to them for work and in doing so swallowed up land to build factories and homes. look at London and how far that spreads out, it never used to be as big as it was but grew substantially throughout the Victorian times. My Grandparents moved to Coventry from Scotland in the 1930’s because the work was there. Coventry used to be a very small city but once the manufacturing set up there it grew very quick into the size it is today and that wasn’t to do with immigration.
I do think though you have missed my point in that people are mixing more than the Mail lets on and that the immigrants that have come over here since the 1940’sare not going to leave. And yes I do think we are over populated but that is to do with a number not with the different races.

This might have been an issue in the 15th century, but during the 17th century a little known “Productivity revolution” occurred in which workers, by use of time structure and rigid work hours began to increase their yield far above the previous worker, it was integral to the industrial revolution. Before this there was a clear relationship between land (But really resource use in general land being one) which was the more people the less there was for all, but after this point there was a completely inverse relationship to this, effectively the more people there are on the planet the more resources we all have. So first things first, the immigrants are a boon to the economy as a whole because they are cheap, effective Labour. Which means more jobs are done for less, which is a travesty for the working man by the way, but that’s an issue for another time. In terms of economics though it means that we gain value from it, as for land, well this isn’t feudal England, we are not an agricultural based economy, it accounts for 1/2% of our GDP so land isn’t that vital to growth, we import food but we actually have a huge variety of powerful and dynamic industries, they could be better but what couldn’t, most of which are service sector, which may not make anything physical but it does not mean people do not buy the service, Advertisement, PR and yes Banking are to name but a few. But none of these are land intensive, we aren’t about to run out of land for Cities anytime soon, but we should be building up, with buildings reaching 300 meters we should start building taller cities to preserve our land which could compensate for most of the increase in people. But i dismiss your white rural england coping thing, the more dense our cities become, our ability to cope with disaster has increased, that’s what infrastructure and services are for, they aren’t just for show, they massively improve our adaptability to situations. Still if you have problems with our lovely cities how about we split the country in half along city, rural lines and see who lasts longest mmm? Ever wondered why Venice held out against Holy Rome for so long?
