We need a Green New Deal – funding domestic and industrial renewal energy capacity, public transport works and additional eco-housing capacity – to sustain economic recovery whilst combining collective and green values at the heart of government.
And of course 50% tax for earners over £100,000.

50% tax for high earners. Yeah, smack the rich! Make them pay! Punish them for success! Yeah! Right on brother!
Oh wait, they’ve all gone and now the rest of us have to make up the tax they would have paid. Well, I’m not going to make it up: Labour voters will have caused the problem, so Labour voters should be made to make up the shortfall.
(Did you know that the top 1% of earners pay a quarter of all income tax: how much more is “fair”?)
