The fragmentation of the NHS into trusts was at the behest of American companies who wanted bite sized morsels to swallow…No multi-national or corporate on the planet has internal markets – they have co-operation and planning (i.e. socialism) internally whilst competing externally – market fundamentalists know this ergo they wish to trash the NHS before selling it off (is that simple enuff for you Simple?)
