We need a general election – not legal shenanigans.

Of course, the Blairites would rather avoid a general election as it could produce a Corbyn victory.

But would Blairites back the Tories or abstain if push comes to shove? No one would be surprised.

All the more reason why Labour needs Open Selections for all candidates at every parliamentary election.

Mmm…. Not sure that using judges to make political decisions is a good way to go. That is what a General Election is for.
