The contest is doing Labour a favour by exposing just how extreme their class political and economic thinking is. Many seem keen to reinvent the 2017 Tory Manifesto which strongly supports the case for an early general election once the new PM has been chosen. As far as the BBC is concerned the leadership process has now taken over from Brexit as displacement activity for dealing with all the worsening social issues in the country. We live in hope that the choice of candidate combined with the internecine war on Brexit will destroy the Tory Party!
