He clearly understands the subject.
But what makes this article interesting is what the author doesn’t say. At no point does Ed Jacobs ever pass a personal opinion either way on what the PM or FM might do. This is symptomatic of Labour’s position on the UK and Scottish constitution. They stand by like a eunuch in a harem. It is why Labour have been wiped out in Scotland and going that way in England.
