I don’t like the oppositionist tone. All informed people, including the major world leaders, accept that the climate is changing and this poses a threat to the planet, which is why they are meeting in Paris. Nick, you say that TTIP, EU-wide public finance policies and financial deregulation are
at odds with halting climate change but give no evidence for such a wild assertion. We have to work with the system and with leaders in politics and business to save the planet; anarchist rhetoric won’t do it.

“The climate movement has matured, moving from a focus on behavioural changes (recycle your paper and change your lightbulbs) to confronting the free market fundamentalism that shapes our society.

So set an example : I assume the writer has no smartphone (product of capitalism),no TV (capitalism again), PC (capitalism), car (capitalism), does not fly (capitalism), wears hand made shoes and clothes only and eats only organic food.

And of course, uses no gas or electricity (those pesky capitalists).

Otherwise he’s a hypocrite..

I have globe , I put temperature device on it. It only gets warmer when the heating is on . If global warming happening, I should not need heating?
