Often tenants refuse to take simple steps to avoid condensation and damp such as wiping down the bathroom after use, keeping lids on saucepans and opening windows. Lanlords will have a tenant for years with no damp issues, along comes a new careless tenant and the damp soon sets in. People on the left as ever always assume the ‘victim’ has no role to play in thier outcomes, that a third party must be to blame. External locus of control.

If you read the annual pension report of the Church Of England you will find phrases such as ‘profit hunting’ and ‘the fund seeks out over target returns’. Is a landlord getting their own hands dirty managing thier retirement vehicle not entitled to also maximise returns as the market allows?

Was Victoria Borwick hinting that BoZo could change his mind yet again and run for Mayor next year? In which case Labour have to ensure that we have a top quality candidate with watertight costed and viable policies in place. If not BoZo, the Zac or Victoria herself could run.
