These measures will be used against people who dare to criticise the Govt, NATO, the US, critics of the the war on terror, those who dare question any official view (remember how Hillsborough families were treated) or who dare question the official story of 9/11. It is her and Camerons proposals that are threats to democracy. no doubt it will be used against those seeking to uncover paedophile rings operating in westminster – depsite some coverage, the top players never get prosecuted.
These proposals could be used against Stop The War as well. This must be resisted by all true democratically minded people from left or right or from all religions.
If they want to tackle extremism then its simple: UK Govt to: stop bombing other countries, stop bombing civilians, stop torturing prisoners, show the so called terrorist we are super civilised and we act with the highest ethics. Stop peddling lies and propaganda to try to persuade us that war is a good thing when it isnt. Stop supporting fascist regimes such as the one in Kiev, stop funding so called rebels who consist of many al qaeda or similar organisations.
The UK Govt itself has funded terrorist groups! now it want s to crush the monster it helped to create and use it as an excuse to muzzle the rest of us foe daring to speak the truth.
when a law is unjust, the people have a right to resist it.

I can’t trust this government not to misuse it’s powers.

If I am not on her National Extremism Database, then I shall sue.

Isn’t that a bit extreme and intolerant? Islamist are idiots but they have a right to be stupid in a democracy!
