The settler problem is in the West Bank. (And they *are* a problem, I support Peace Now for a reason! Not *every* Jew in the West Bank is a settler, and some *minor* adjustments to the border are sensible (and the area around Jerusalem will be tricky), but the Settler movement as a whole? **** em.)
