I think the big difference here as that alot of companies are set up on the belief that they know best, there employees are wrong and if it does go wrong it is the employess fault, add to that the CEO’s recieveing bonus packages yet telling the staff on the shop floor their is no money for a pay increase yet also complain about staff just ding the bare minimum, hmmm I wonder why.
