OH! I didn’t realise that we had none of these things before signing up the ECHR in the 1950s. Obviously what Grayling wants is to take peoples ‘Right to Life’ away (obviously murder was legal in the UK until a few decades ago) and legalise torture and slavery – both of which were absolutely legal until recently, apparently.
