The SNP what ever you say looks like a vibrant government and therefore more likely to attract business. The only part of the UK with a Labour government look like they have no answers.

Of course thy do don’t have overall control in the Welsh Assembly and will use this as excuse for their lethargy where their flagship legislation (now they have some) has been about introducing bike lanes

But the last Scottish Parliament saw the SNP looking like a government on top of things (Hence their landslide).
