Health is devolved so cam’s policy would only affect england. This debate is only about england health policy so if the tory manifesto talks about uk then it’s dodgy.

fair point about top-down interference but in your nice graphs you’ve also “failed” to show britain’s death rate in relation to the average. instead you have shown england’s rate. want to correct that?
