To help you make up your mind, read Sunny’s post for an explanation of why it’s racist. It’s not a question of whether or not the sheep is an immigrant, it’s the equating of immigrants with animals that is offensive. Look at the caption.

What Labour Party supporters do in the blogosphere is their business – it’s a free country – but they should think long and hard about the types of articles they allow to be printed and the types of message they wish to portray.

And I repeat again, these types of postings could be used in the future where time that should be spent forwarding a message may be wasted trying to justify unjustifiable postings.

Shamik – You have done the typical control freak act of making a claim that you have no way of knowing if it’s true: “Your last post seems to imply yes” and then continued to condemn me by claiming that I find a racist cartoon funny. You practically called me a racist Shamik which I most certainly am not. You are out of order Shamik Das but I am certain now I have clarified my position you’ll immediately apologise to me in this forum for your slur.

And people do find it funny – it’s called a cartoon Shamik.

It is people with closed minds like yourself and this “Sunny”, (whoever he/she is) that believes that this is racist. Which race is being offended Shamik – the Welsh? Who else could you mean?

It that because it’s a sheep Shamik or do you now want to support a sheep’s rights to be a sheep? This is mad!

I can understand that you are struggling with rigorous debate considering your journalist background Shamik but I am not rude to you so please do not make factually inaccurate claims about me in a public forum.

And Will Straw – if you do have future ambitions in a public arena you really need to get a grip of this blog because your partner is now practically accusing me of racism, which considering my situation is as stupid as people calling Boris Johnson a racist when he is married to an Indian.

Providing the cartoon here is not breaking any law, and it’s not and it’s funny, then I can’t see a problem with it.

Do you find it funny? Yes. Do you believe it’s racist? Your last post seems to imply yes.

So you find a racist cartoon funny.

Why don’t you read what I’ve said and do your “attack dog” thing on that rather than what you think I’ve said.
